At Frontman we are passionate about delivering fantastic business events. We find it fascinating and exciting work. We love getting involved with your team and bringing a different perspective and creativity to the event.

It all began for Al, the founder of Frontman when he was at University and found himself stood in front of a hundred people in his lecture group. Overcoming his initial fear, he realised that he loved it. There began a lifelong fascination with what makes a great event and how to make it even better.

In the last 15 years, Frontman has been involved in many diverse business projects, each with its own challenges and rewards. There have been some tough audiences, resistance and critical feedback.

Each has contributed to our experience and been fun in their own way. You haven’t really been there until you are ‘booed’ by a 1000 people. The challenge, adventure and audience feedback make it all worthwhile.

We are constantly striving to build and develop on our expertise, because we love what we do and delivering a great result.
