Think:
By meeting with you and taking the brief is the first step in bringing clarity to what you want to your achieve and inspired thinking.
Once the Key Messages are defined and integrated, everything else can then be built around them.
- What is the desired business outcome?
- Who are your audience and what do they want and expect?
- How interactive will the event be?
Plan:
Once the business objectives are understood and the Key Messages established, the detail planning can begin.
The Running Order is completely flexible working document. All of the stakeholders need to have an input in its development.
- Who will be your Speakers and how much coaching do they require?
- Plan in the round table debates and break out sessions
- What is technical and AV requirement?
Deliver:
The planning and thinking must now come together and be delivered by your Event Host and the production team to deliver your defined business objectives.
The relationship the host has with the audience is critical. Their confidence is earned by creating trust, empathy and pace. Whilst there is a plan, it’s critical to remain attentive to the needs of the audience and to be able to respond quickly to changing needs
